Jaeger-LeCoultre rectangular sector dial

This is an incredibly nice vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre tank wristwatch in yellow gold. The watch has a beautiful slim case profile with hooded form lugs. The front side is almost entirely covered by the dial, and not just any dial. This is an exceptional black and white sector dial with a raised ring for the minute and second division. The blued sword hands match perfectly. In our opinion JLC is one of the strongest brands when it comes to dial design. The watch has been preserved in a wonderful condition. The case retains its original brushed case back finishing and all hallmarks are still sharp. The crown is still its charming original example with a beaded pattern on the edges. These watches are getting increasingly rare in good condition. Also, compared to other brands they still offer a strong value proposition in our opinion.
