Minerva new old stock gold chronograph from the 1940’s

An incredible and untouched chronograph from Minerva. This watch was produced in the early 1940’s and has all the desirable features. It has a nice chunky and angular case with stepped bezel and hinged double case back. Below is an incredible manual winding Angelus movement, that has acquired a gorgeous patina. The dial is two tone and plays nicely with the light. The minimalistic font and blued steel hands complete the look. At 35mm it is perfectly sized and wears very well.
