Omega 1970’s chronograph in 18k

This is a true 1970’s time capsule. To find this model is solid 18k yellow gold is near impossible. This example from 1973 comes in close to new condition. This watch has a substantial case that in my opinion works best with a tone on tone dial as on this example. The sunburst finish on the case is completely intact and the case has acquired a nice warm patina on the gold. The watch has an impressive feel to it with the casing alone weighing in at 56 grams. The bracelet is a plated example which has been added by the first owner to be able to wear the watch on a bracelet as well as a leather strap. The watch is complete with its box and original papers.
