The reference 3913 as a model that does not often appear the market, and when it does, it often comes in questionable condition. What is even harder to find than a reference 3913 is one with a black dial. This charming top hat was one of the highlights of Omega’s 1948 catalogue. This particular example has been preserved in exceptional condition. Its case remains unpolished and the dial is super clean. The deep black glossy dial is really something special. The caliber 17.8 inside has been very well maintained. The designation OXG on this Omega movement tells us it was imported into the United States. This is supported by the 14k gold case, which was the most used gold content in watches for the US market. The watch has beautiful feuille hands and an applied Omega logo. It comes on a black glossy crocodile strap, to match the elegant look.
